ABOUT ME

Born on the shores of the mighty Pacific Ocean in the hallowed halls of the Santa Monica Medical Center January 17th, 1987, Andrew John Ogden became an American and human.

With a fairly solid GPA and frequent honor roll student in high school, he heard all the typical praise an adopted only child would receive, future president over here, according to my mother, once upon a time anyways.

While balancing good grades and a healthy addiction to snowboarding, a journey began. Despite thriving in the test-heavy irrelevant memory game that is our public education, he found art and French to be the only classes he looked forward to. With that in mind and a general awareness of wanting a career to fund the fun, he headed to Salt Lake City to start school in Graphic Design.

Those high flying grades of high school quickly suffered in a whole new city with no parents, no rules and an abundant amount of like minded people around prioritizing riding the mountains over all else.

Reality hit, time to get it in gear. After chasing the snow for a couple years in Utah, he made the migration back to Boise, Idaho to finish his design schooling at Boise State University amongst a city he’d grown to love.

Success. Dean’s list graduate and into the real world. All these years later, he’s lucky, grateful and hungry to still be designing both in-house and for long-term clients in the business and action sports lanes.
